What You’ll Need
For the Cake:
3 overripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
For the “Melts-in-Your-Mouth” Glaze:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp milk or heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional, for thickness)
1/4 cup toffee bits or crushed nuts (for the topping)
