6 HOMEMADE BOLOGNESE PASTA RECIPES

1. CLASSIC SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE 🍝

Ingredients:

· 400 g spaghetti
· 500 g ground beef
· 2 cups tomato sauce
· 1 chopped onion
· 3 minced garlic cloves
· 1 tablespoon tomato paste
· 1 teaspoon oregano
· 1 teaspoon dried basil
· Salt and pepper to taste
· Grated Parmesan cheese
· Fresh parsley or basil

Preparation:
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Add the tomato paste, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 15–20 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve over the spaghetti and top with Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.

2. PENNE BOLOGNESE 🍅

Ingredients:

· 400 g penne
· 500 g ground beef
· 2 cups tomato sauce
· 1/2 chopped onion
· 2 minced garlic cloves
· 1 grated carrot (optional)
· 1 tablespoon olive oil
· Salt, pepper, and oregano to taste
· Grated Parmesan cheese
· Fresh parsley

Preparation:
Cook the pasta until al dente. In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and carrot. Add the ground beef and cook thoroughly. Add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook until you get a thick, flavorful sauce. Mix with the penne and serve with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
