Apple pie prepared with only 3 apples and in 10 minutes, it drives me crazy!

This simple and delicious apple cake is soft, buttery, and full of fresh apple flavor. It is an easy homemade dessert that works well for family gatherings, afternoon tea, or as a comforting treat after dinner. The cake combines basic pantry ingredients with fresh apples to create a moist texture and a lightly sweet taste. A dusting of powdered sugar on top gives it a classic and elegant finish.

Ingredients
For the cake batter:

3 eggs

75 grams of granulated sugar

1 packet of vanilla sugar (or about 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar)

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

150 grams all-purpose flour

100 grams butter, melted and slightly cooled

For the fruit layer:

3 apples, peeled and diced

For finishing:

Powdered (icing) sugar for sprinkling

Optional additions:

A small amount of cinnamon for the apples

A tablespoon of sugar to sprinkle over the apples before baking
