Blueberry Cream Cheese Loaf: A Delicious Slice of Heaven

  • For the loaf:
    • 1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • ½ teaspoon baking soda
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 1 stick (½ cup / 115g) unsalted butter, softened
    • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ½ cup (120g) sour cream or full-fat yogurt
    • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries (or frozen, if fresh isn’t available)
  • For the cream cheese filling:
    • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
    • ¼ cup (50g) powdered sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
