Italian Meatloaf

This Italian Meatloaf takes the classic comfort food and infuses it with the best flavors of the kitchen: garlic, herbs, Parmesan, and a rich marinara sauce. By incorporating techniques like soaking breadcrumbs in milk and adding a surprise layer of mozzarella, this recipe guarantees a tender, juicy, and incredibly flavorful loaf that tastes like a fusion of homemade lasagna and traditional meatloaf. It’s the perfect showstopper for a Sunday dinner or a hearty weeknight family meal.
