Pecan Pie Balls (No-Bake) 🥜✨

Ingredients
2 cups pecans, finely chopped
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup powdered sugar (for coating, optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Toast the Pecans (Optional)
If desired, toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3–5 minutes until fragrant. Let them cool completely before using.
Step 2: Mix the Dough
In a large bowl, combine the chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, and brown sugar. Stir until evenly mixed.
Add the corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a sticky dough forms.
