Praline Crunch

Ingredients
8 cups Crispix cereal (or your favorite crunchy cereal)
2 cups pecan halves (or a mix of your favorite nuts)
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
Step 2: Prepare the Cereal and Nuts
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Crispix cereal and pecan halves. Set aside.
