Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwiches

Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to paper towels.
Lightly butter the bread and toast in the same pan until golden; set aside.
Add a little butter or oil to the pan and fry the eggs to your preferred doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
Place a slice of cheese on each piece of toast, then top with a hot egg so the cheese melts.
Add bacon on top of the egg, close the sandwiches, and serve warm.
